500 g minced meat (beef, pork, chicken or a combination thereof)
4 Beef Burger Buns

1 large tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced into rings
4 slices of bacon (optional)
4 tablespoons of ready-made mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of ketchup

While the minced meat is cooking, fry the bacon in the same pan until golden brown. Take it out on a paper towel to dry.
Fry the eggs in the same oil to the desired degree of readiness.
At the end of cooking the minced meat, put on each tortilla a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, a cutlet, a slice of cheese and, if desired, a slice of bacon.
Put a fried egg on top.
Place the top half of the bun.
Serve the burger with the egg hot, seasoned with mayonnaise and ketchup. Serve with French fries or fresh vegetables.
